Delivery Timeframe
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival, and the delivery timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:
- For customers in Victoria, approximately 7-10 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;
- For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 9-12 working days.

30-Day Returns
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, accessories and instructions. The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, please contact us through your order so we can assist. Photos of the item and packaging can help us assess the issue.
These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, we will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Your statutory rights are not limited to the 30-day change-of-mind period.
